Who this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit mude.com or submit the contact form on this site. It’s issued by mude marketing, an independent marketing agency based in Lisbon, Portugal.
What information is collected
When you submit the contact form, this includes:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and website or social profile, if provided
- What you’re trying to achieve, support type, budget range and start date, if provided
When you browse the site, anonymous, aggregate analytics data may also be collected (see “Analytics” below), and if you book a call, scheduling details are handled by the booking provider directly.
How it’s used
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the service you’ve asked for. Information is never sold, and it isn’t used for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Third parties this site uses
- Formspree, to receive and store contact form submissions.
- Cal.com, to power the booking calendar, if you choose to book a call.
- Vercel Analytics, for anonymous, aggregate visit statistics, only after you accept the cookie banner on this site.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and may store information outside your home country.
Cookies
This site uses a minimal cookie banner to ask for consent before loading analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.
How long information is kept
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of the working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@mude.com.
