Yes. A good chunk of our work is helping founders who are starting from scratch get the basics right, positioning, priorities and a plan, before we build anything out further.
How do we start working together?

Is this a retainer, a project, or something else?
Whatever fits. Some clients need a short, focused sprint, some need a single campaign built, and some want an embedded partner on an ongoing basis. We'll figure out the right shape for your situation on the first call.
What if I'm not sure what I actually need?
That's completely fine, and common. Tell us where things stand and what's not working, and we'll help you figure out what would move the needle first.
Do you work directly, or manage a team of specialists?
Both. We do the strategic and creative thinking ourselves, and bring in trusted specialist support only where it genuinely adds value, rather than outsourcing the parts that need judgement.
Are you based somewhere specific, or do you work internationally?
We're based in Lisbon and work with clients globally. Most collaboration happens async and over video calls, so location isn't a blocker.
What budget should I expect?
It depends on the scope, from a few thousand a month for a focused engagement to more for an embedded partnership. The contact form has a few ranges to choose from so we can start the conversation at the right level.
